Group Classes

A great way to supplement your private practice in order to work out multiple times a week. The emphasis in our classes is on learning the classical exercises in a safe and fun group environment. The classes use either a combination of Towers and Mat or Reformers and Towers.
Clients new to our studios are required to take 3 private sessions prior to joining any group classes.

Virtual Classes

Enjoy a Classical Pilates mat workout from home! No equipment is required. Your instructor will let you know in advance any props you might need from your house but plan to bring a mat and two-pound weights (or old soup cans from your kitchen will do!) All levels are welcome. Modifications will be demonstrated.

Virtual Private

We offer virtual group mat classes and privates. A great way to keep up your practice on days you can’t make it into the studio. Focus is on Classical mat work with the use of small weights and Pilates props or just your own body and a mat. Perfect for travel!
