For those who are serious about getting the most out of their practice, private sessions are a way to get one on one individualized attention. In addition to choosing a custom workout that will focus on your body’s specific needs, all of our instructors are specially trained to modify each exercise to adapt to you. Further, in a one on one atmosphere, you will benefit from hands-on cueing as well as full attention paid to your every move. In addition to being a time-honored tradition of keeping up with your practice as an intermediate or advanced student, privates are also highly recommended when you are new to Pilates. We encourage you to try at least a series of 3 before entering a class setting to get the most out of your workout experience.
