Move better, feel better, live better. That wasn’t how I felt before I started Pilates. My body was falling apart after years of bad posture, sitting long hours in the office, and a sedentary lifestyle. I had neck, shoulder, lower back, and hip issues all at the same time. After numerous doctor and therapy visits, I started different types of exercises. Most of the exercises made my issues worse or create more issues. Years ago, my friend recommended Pilates to me because of her positive experience. Pilates has worked wonders for me ever since! I started from almost rock bottom and I know how it feels to have an extremely limited range of motion. I am excited to share the benefits of my Pilates practice with you.
I started Pilates when I was 53 and if I can do it you can do it too.
