Adrienne has been fitness-oriented all of her life, focusing on ballet and tennis in her youth. A stay-at-home mom for many years, she got her personal training and group exercise certifications in 2007. Since then, she has been training individuals and groups with a whole-body approach to strength, balance, flexibility and function.
After successfully battling breast cancer and all that entails, she started practicing Pilates in 2015 for her own health and fitness. The Pilates method resonated with her so much that she began her certification at Center for Movement in 2016. Adrienne looks forward to spreading the love! Her goal is to help clients incorporate sound fitness habits into their daily lives on and off the mat to achieve longevity and quality of life.
