Receive individualized attention and focus on your personal goals in a private or semi-private Pilates session at Scarsdale Pilates. Our instructors will create custom workouts that will focus on your body’s specific needs and provide any necessary modifications. You will work on all types of Pilates apparatus to experience the complete classical Pilates system.
For those who are serious about getting the most out of their practice, private sessions are a way to get one on one individualized attention. In a one-on-one atmosphere, you will benefit from hands-on cueing as well as full attention paid to your every move. In addition to being a time-honored tradition of keeping up with your practice as an intermediate or advanced student, privates are also highly recommended when you are new to Pilates. We encourage you to try at least a series of 3 before entering a class setting to get the most out of your workout experience.
