- Scarsdale Pilates enforces a strict cancellation policy. Out of respect for our instructor’s time, we give you 24 hours to email the studio if you need to cancel for any reason. After the 24-hour window, there are no refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Payment is due 48 hours before the beginning of each upcoming service. Purchasing a 5 or 10 pack is the easiest and most convenient method. If you do not choose to purchase a package, you authorize us to charge any amount due to the credit card you keep on file with us.
- All group class packages expire three months (3) from the issue date.
- All private and semi-private class packages expire six months (6) from the issue date. A one-time $25 extension fee can be purchased and the extended package must be used within two months. (This only applies to packages used within one year of the issue date) All packages older than one year will not be honored.
- The option of freezing a package will only be granted when accompanied by a medical professional’s note. Packages frozen due to medical issues will only be honored for an additional year.
- There are no refunds, but paid sessions are transferable.
- Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice.
- Sessions cannot be extended for late clients.
- Space is limited for group classes, so reservations are required to guarantee a spot.
- Standing appointments are for six (6) months.
- Frequent cancellations will result in the loss of your standing appointment.
- Appointment reminder calls are a courtesy but are not the studio’s obligation.
- If your semi-private partner cancels more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of either taking a private or canceling your session.
- Please sign in at the desk before sessions/classes.
- No shoes are allowed in the studio. Grip Socks are required.
- Packages are not interchangeable.
