As an avid runner, and marathoner I found myself getting injured and needed to work on core, mobility, flexibility and strength. I then found Pilates and fell in love! I realized it was the most perfect compliment to my beloved sport of running and saw such an improvement immediately. I became so in-tuned and felt the connection to my core, pelvic floor and all muscles related to running being developed and getting stronger.
I decided to get my certification in classical Pilates because after reading about Joseph I was extremely amused with his particular method. I enjoy teaching and I hope to share my teaching skills with you and help you improve your practice.
