Diana first came in contact with Pilates through a dance teacher and kept up her practice until 2016. At that time, pregnant with her second daughter, Pilates became her most important source of exercise. Committing to the practice helped improve her strength both during and after the pregnancy. Her new found interest in Pilates encouraged her to train to become an instructor. She completed her certificate in the Classical Method at Body Tonic in Brooklyn and is excited to share her passion for the work with her clients.
